Secure Your FSSAI License for Safe, Compliant, and Highly Trusted Food Operations
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous statutory body established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Operating a food-related enterprise without a valid FSSAI license is a punishable offense.
An FSSAI license or registration guarantees that your food products conform to scientific hygiene standards, safeguarding consumer health and building strong brand reputation.
1. Food Business Operators (FBOs) Requiring FSSAI License
Mandatory for any entity engaged in manufacturing, processing, storage, packaging, transportation, distribution, or retailing of food items.

4. Mandatory Documents Required for FSSAI
Photo ID and Address Proof of the Food Business Operator (PAN / Aadhaar / Passport).
Proof of possession of commercial premises (Rental Agreement / Utility Bill / NOC from property owner).
Detailed list of food products proposed to be manufactured, processed, or retailed.
